Thanks for your reply and explanation.
Your delayed approval of my dental treatment application just causes the unavailability
of relevant signers is noted. It is not only occurred for my case but other staff also
found the same and other problems. After I had shared my comment among our
staff, surprisingly many staff informed a lot of problems to me.
Besides your delayed approval, I and staff have to make appointment with
the dental clinic which some dentist has already full-booked. We cannot change
but have to wait the dentist’s availability only. Furthermore, our staff found some
dental clinic was not professional, poor treatment, high cost and etc.
However, I felt glad that you would review and reduce the overall processing time of
application and approval. Especially, please allow our staff including you to use
other dental clinics’ treatment for some emergency case (at home or on duty) and
claim their appropriated amount to company later.
As for the different treatment between Thai and Japanese or any discrimination,
I hope you will treat everyone equally and transparently, not only this dental treatment
but other benefits for all employees.
