I've created this spec report, can you update on a weekly basis.
1) Get sales staff to submit their spec documents. (sales staff need to get spec document from designer when there is a confirmed spec)
2) When there is a spec document submitted to you
- keep a copy in a file in our sales office
- update the project in the spec report
3) For those projects in the spec reports, get a weekly update on
- expected start date
- expected tender date
- who are the contractors tendering
- followup with the sales staff on which contractor who win the tender
