Job Description:-
Collaborate with other departments in producing flight schedules in accordance with commercial and operational requirements of the airline
Plan and prepare aircraft rotation ensuring that aircraft are effectively utilised
Submit application for schedules, slots, overflying permits with related government agencies or authorities
Negotiate slots with airports and manage the ensuing adjustment process within the airline
Distributing the Traffic Program Information (TPI) to all concerned departments and act as the centre to communicate any changes to the TPI
Coordinate internal meetings, external meetings with relevant authorities and partner airlines for all schedules related matters
Remain abreast of traffic rights for Asia Pacific region
Compile and maintain data on airport rules, such as curfews, which will impact schedule determination
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Flight Operations
Qualification:-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years in a scheduling planning, or similar
Knowledge of scheduling planning in airline / aviation industry preferably with exposure to international scheduled flights
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels;
Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English and Thai
Able to create and maintain strong internal and external networks;
Must be proactive and self motivated, able to work independently or harmoniously as part of a team;
