These effects are in accordance with the results of Song (2004) and Su & Cheng (2009), who reported that garlic extract had effective inhibition on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum, F. oxysporumSchl. f. sp. nioeum (E. F. Smith) Snyder & Hansen and Phytophthora capsici at 100 mg ml-1, 500 mg ml-1 and 200 mg ml-1, respectively.
