Unavailable Balance
The unavailable balance is the amount of funds that Amazon holds in your seller account to cover chargebacks, refunds, or A-to-z Guarantee claims.
To learn more about your unavailable balance, including order-level details, follow these steps:
Select Payments in the Reports section of your seller account.
Click View Reason next to the Unavailable balance amount in the Closing Balance section of the Payments page.
The closing balance is the amount of money that will be transferred to you on your settlement date, and it reflects the difference between your total balance and the unavailable balance.
Note: The Unavailable balance amount will only be displayed if your account has an unavailable balance.
