The compressive strengths for different mix proportions at the ages of 3, 7, 14, and 28 days are shown in Table 5. The 28-day compressive strength for the mixes varied between 21 and 28 N/mm2. The standard deviations as shown in Table 5 were measured from the results found for 3 specimens. The bold values refer to the compressive strength of mortar with 100% N-sand, M-sand, and QD. The average 3-day compressive strength of all mixes was found to be 76% of the 28-day strength. The pattern of early age strength development supports the findings reported by previous researchers [11, 38].
