Could we have the conclusion of this case and follow up the result of claim condition between MMTh & TMITh (in case of product quality)?
As we know this case has been pending for almost a month and now TMITh just requested the investigation report through Call center.
Moreover, TMITh also blamed to us why they have to contact many persons to request the report. Normally your team could handle this IR request with OFS directly without passing through Call center.
Until now we haven't heard any feedback from your follow-up. Your kindly update and feedback of this case's progressive would be much appreciated.
Kindly also educate us for the appropriate process or claim condition that we should understand.
