For the composition of x = 0.1, the BaTiO3(s.s.) single phase is observed, and a tetragonal to cubic phase transition occurs with increasing x.
The CaTiO3(s.s.) cubic phase appears in the present system when x equals 0.3 and above, and it becomes the major phase when x is equal to or greater than 0.7.
Finally, the CaTiO3(s.s.) cubic phase combined with a minor amount of BaTiO3(s.s.) is obtained for x = 0.9. As
