It's been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and your choices at this meal may be key to maintaining a healthy body weight. A new study conducted at VTT Technical Research Centre in Finland by researchers from Cornell University’s Food and Brand Lab studied a group of healthy people who maintain their weight effortlessly without ever dieting. They determined that there are three things these types of people tend to eat for breakfast, and presented their findings at the Obesity Week conference in Los Angeles yesterday.
