How to make it?
Bring a large pot of water to boil
Grate half a cup of fresh ginger
When the water starts boiling, reduce the heat and place the ginger onto a square of cotton cloth
Tie the ginger with a string to form a tea bag

Place a washcloth into the ginger water and apply it to the body
