7. Delivery
7.1. We will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
7.2. You will receive the information about shipment details via an email. Casa Pagoda will do its best to ship the goods within two weeks after the confirmation of the sales order. However, dependent on the type of product and the producer, the goods may be shipped later.
7.3. The Customer takes the responsibility that the ordered goods can be delivered at the indicated delivery address within normal working hours. We will have to charge you extra for the unsuccessful tries to deliver.
7.4. Damages incurred during shipping should be reported immediately to the carrier and Casa Pagoda. This has no effect on the warranty, but may facilitate any claims Casa Pagoda may bear against the carrier. We will refund any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back. We apologize for any inconvenience. It would also be very helpful if you were able to include some digital pictures of the damage so we may be able to assess it and process your replacement quicker.
7.5. If your Product has not arrived within 7 days, please contact us.
7.6. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
7.7. All shipments are fully insured by Casa Pagoda. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us via the contact us page and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.
