The role of Receptionist is to answer all incoming calls and respond to customers in a friendly and helpful manner. You will also be the first point of contact for all site visitors and will be offering a warm welcome and courteous service. During quieter moments you will also be providing some administrative support so a good knowledge of Microsoft office is important.
Experience of operating a busy switchboard is desirable, however if you have a great telephone manner and can pick up new systems quickly then you will also be a strong contender for the Receptionist role.
