TERMINATION
Notice of termination may be initiated by either the Company or by the employee, giving the other party one (1) month written notice or salary in lieu of such notice, with or without any reason being assigned. During the probationary period, either party may terminate the contract by giving one (1) weeks’ notice or the equivalent of one (1) weeks’ salary in lieu of notice.
In the event of a breach of the terms of your appointment or misconduct on your part, the Company may terminate your employment forthwith without notice.
