Dear All,
Please review / revise your organization chart by following your current responsibility with man power (actual / plan) then submit it to register at HR Dept. start from 1st May 2015 onward, the one who want to request man-power has to attached updated organization along with man-request form (even replacement position). in case there is no updated organization chart attach than that request form will be rejected automatically.
I have attached Org chart form to all of you (have to standardize format) any way, you can modify it as you want especially approved section. Thank you.
