I arranged Asanuma-san’s car for him and I went back with Asanuma-san together.

Mr. Takenouchi was going to airport to take his night flight around 17:30.
But there was no cars waiting him.
He showed me your mail showing the car number and driver’s mobile phone.
I called the driver, but he said “not me”.
I called Administration staff and got another car for him around 18:00.
As you know well, the traffic jam on yesterday was so serious, he might arrive at airport around 21:00.
Please consider what’s happened if I didn’t keep being in RY with him, no one was in RY yesterday evening can help him.
Now it becomes not easy for me to believe your accommodation.
They are key persons for our RY2 project.
I’m afraid their motivation can be dropped by such mistakes in accommodation, or they cannot work well in good team work with you Thai staffs because they might lose trust, or they need to worry something all the time then cannot concentrate in RY2 project work….
Even you re-confirmed many time for RY staffs for the transportation as attached mails, you didn’t re-confirm for visitors.
Are you thinking only RY staffs are RY family and RY2 SV are not?
I’m sure that your hospitality or discrimination will reflect to our RY2 project result.
In addition, there is a lot of Japanese suppliers together with AGC staff working for RY2.
All they are RY2 SV dispatched by “AGC”, means all they are same as AGC staff.
Please keep it in your mind, and reconsider what’s our CS mind.
