On February 5, Jellyfish Entertainment posted a notice, which reads as follows. “This is Jellyfish Entertainment. First off, we want to sincerely apologize for causing much concern to the fans with unfortunate news. Regarding the unfortunate event that happened to the 10Asia reporter on the set of an interview and the demands the Starlights (VIXX’s official fanclub) made to Jellyfish, we want to apologize for the late response as we were checking up on the details. On the unfortunate event that happened on the set of the 10Asia interview that many of you are curious about, the staff in question personally made a respectful apology to the reporter and rid of any misunderstandings with other affiliates that may have risen from the event. The said employee will be given disciplinary action and we are currently in discussion on how to prevent similar issues from happening in the future. Concerning the responses to the fans and the execution of various outside duties, the staff promises to be more careful not to repeat the same mistakes or act in a way that may cause misunderstandings. We will explain about other details that we’ve looked into and ways to improve through the official café.
