Drying is the process of removal of moisture from the product to
a specified value due to application of heat, so the final product was
improved as biofuel compared to initial one (Gomez-de la Cruz
et al., 2014). Dehydration is one of the most ancient technologies
used for the conservation of food and agricultural products (Labed
et al., 2016). The industrial dryers operate based on the principle of
simultaneous heat and mass transfer where the water of the
product is removed (Gomez-de la Cruz et al., 2015).
