Remuneration analysis & reports(salary survey & reports, etc.)
Provision of advisory solutions & guidance to management & team
Requirements :
Bachelor degree of HRM or related fields
At least 7 years of working experience in Remuneration management
Good Maths & Analytical skills (experience in Finance is also preferably)
Good communication & English language skills
