STEP TO DO
Step 1. Add sliced galangal, split lemon grasses, kaffir lime leaves, chilli to broth and bring to the boil over high heat until rapid boil.
Step 2. Add golden mushroom , yanagi mushroom and erinji mushroom in to the pot.
Step 3. season with fish sauce ,sugar and bring back to the boil.
Step 4. Add chilli paste,evaporated milk , chilli and lemonade.
Step 5. Then season with spiny coriander. Serve in a bowl Ready to eat .
