Before this mail while I was sending you shipping docs ex-Thailand, Irk was also sending you another set of shipping docs ex-Germany.
Then, I noticed a different practice in documentation from two shipping origins.
Ex-Germany : Loading List + Invoice + Packing List
Ex-Thailand : Shipment Advice + Invoice + Packing List + Packing Declaration + Bill of Lading + Cert of Origin (Form FTA) + Cert of Heat Treatment
Morevover, ex-Germany needs only scanned pages by e-mail whereas ex-Thailand needs all original by courier service.
I have no clue why the documentation from Germany is so simple whereas from Thailand is so many. You may receive the common documents (bill of lading, packing declaration, cert of heat treatment) from your freight agent, not V&B AG. I do not mention about Form FTA as this is a must for export from Thailand to Australia.
Therefore, I would like to consult with you to see the possibility to unify the process and type of documentations from both origins. Thank you very much for your sharing.
