Job Description :
• Coordinate and monitor overall office administration work.
• Assist director with secretarial work and schedule.
• Supervise admin assistant work.
• Maintain an updated client and supplier database.
• Control that billing and paying procedures are carried out in a timely manner.
• Coordinate contact and payments with project manager, clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
• More than 5 years experience in similar position.
• Good command of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and figures
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High degree of responsibility.
• Good command of English language.
