The first global IT Customer Satisfaction Survey in 2013 set the baseline to track IT customer satisfaction at Holcim, giving a common basis to assess local results and supporting the implementation of local and global actions. Also this year Holcim wants to hear your voice and receive your feedback, with focus on ad hoc services, Google, IT support and information security.
The survey is conducted by a specialized IT customer survey company. The use of this third party guarantees that your responses are anonymous and will be processed in the strictest confidence.
