I will be honest, it was very bad customer service to attempt to get a customer to sign a binding legal contract to waiver their legal rights about the hotel's building work from 9 am until 5 pm before they were notified first! and without first viewing the room facilities. I will say in fairness to the hotel, we all still enjoyed our stay very much even with the noise from the heavy diggers. I will look forward to see the new accommodation when it is complete.
