Dear Wannakorn, it is surprise to me that so little Non-Production select Group 2, not too many of the Engineers.
Anyway, the implementation of the Non-Production CAS Leave will be as following :
1 - For those in Group 1, nothing change.
2 - For those in Group 2, change as follow :
2A - Employees to fill in OT Record (MIL-QP-G24F04) once per 2 weeks, on the Friday before the CAS (Conditional Alternate Saturday). The OT will include the intended OT on that Friday.
2B - Employees to summarize the weekly OT hours, then check whether they fulfill conditions of CAS Leave.
2C - If conditions fulfilled, they then decide whether to apply for CAS leave.
2D - If apply, employee to fill in the Leave Form, specifying "CAS Leave" under "Type of leave without pay - Others"
2E - Send to Manager for approval.
2F - Send both OT form and Leave Form (if any) to HRA together - latest on the Saturday
3 - HRA to follow :
3A - HRA to check the time clock of the employee to make sure it match the OT Record.
3B - Update the Leave of that employee in Orisoft
3C - If time clock not same as OT record, HRA to ask employee/manager to clarify and update accordingly.
