When I look back and research, Villa Sava next to us offered the sale rate to all wedding agency and we found out that there having the wedding every week even their rate are higher than us. One of the rea son because they offer the sale rate to agency make more easy to them to sale and we can getting more revenue from banquet, transportation and catering.
