It has been 3 years I have worked for Samsung. I love and enjoy every minute when I stay here. I have used all of my experience and full capacity that I have, put it all into every piece of my work during the past 3 years. Everyone knows about this but maybe someone don’t.
TOCGC Expansion II Project is the main project that I handle. I put all of my effort to this project and try to integrate as well as enhance my work.
According to the job level, engineer always have to work according to TM guideline. As we know, every order is not always right so do we have to follow everything even it is wrong and will affect the quality of work, why we always consider the dead line over the quality of work?
Time passing by, it is obvious and I was proved to be right. The client was also appreciated the way that I worked and cooperated with them, regardless to the way TM wanted me to do.
The work load as well as the wide range scope of work that I handle is not lower than others. When evaluation result came out, it turned out to be that all of my effort and hard work were useless, disappointment and hopeless are what I got in return.
I know I can’t change anything but I just want to ask whether my grade is really fair. Are you sure that my evaluation result really reflects the quality of my work, my determination and my devotion, or grading depending on who is the favorite one?
Lastly, I want Samsung to realize that our management team and work procedure is good enough or not. If the answer is yes, why Samsung staff walked out of our Samsung almost every day. If we don’t fix this problem, one day all of our talent employees will be gone and in the future no one will ever want to join Samsung anymore. I truly love Samsung, great colleagues and warm working environment, but only one thing that forces me to leave is all I mentioned accordingly.
