According to the service manual the 0C0032 System Error indicates that the Drop detector is not calibrated for all printheads.
The corrective action is to:
1)Perform the Service Station Calibration.
To enter the service calibration menu do the following.
-Once the message "Ready" is displayed on the front-panel, scroll to the "Printer Setup Options" icon and press the ENTER key.
-Once inside the "Printer Setup Options" menu, use the ARROW keys to scroll to the "Utilities" menu display and press the ENTER key.
Note-Make sure that you are in the Full menu mode because otherwise you will not be able to access the "Service Tools" submenu.
-Once inside the "Utilities" menu, press the UP and ENTER keys together. You are now in the SERVICE TOOLS menu.
-Use the Arrow keys to scroll to the "Service Calibrations" menu and press the Enter key.
-Then scroll through until you see the Service Station Calibration and press ENTER
Follow the instructions to perform the calibration.
2)If the problem persists replace the Drop Detector Assembly.
3) If the problem persists, replace the Electronics Module.
