I have been publicy and frequently attacked. I choose to keep the pain to myself.

But today I need to say something just for public understanding.

1. Ben is still owning portion of the camp. This is registered by Thai law at the Ministry of Commerce.

So it is not possible that I can steal the camp from him as being accused. I cannot take away his shares by any means.

If he wants to claim his portion of his works, just selling his share to an interested party and get the money.

He should not go around shouting that I steal his money. Just take initiative to sell the share. His money is there not with me.

2. All the works that Ben and I did were done in the name of the business of which we jointly built.

By principle, no one can claim that certain part of the business that personally belong to his or her.

3. What I am doing is simply continue running the camp after Ben left me for starting his life with the new lady.

The camp does not make me rich at all. In fact we are worry about having adequate cash to pay annnual land rent. High operating and maintenance expenses eat up cash inflows.

Traditionally, our main income is from organized events. This year our usual clents decided not to come here. So the time is hard for us.

Therefore the business depends so much on the restaurant, accomodation, and climbers to survive.

Ben shows clear intention in his messages to destroy the camp business, not realizing that his share would be worthless as the result.

Perhaps he would be happy that my life would be miserable whatever it takes

It is not often to see a married man take liberty to depart his wife for living with the new one and at the same time going around publicly defaming and destroying now much hated ex.

I have never heard of such case until mine.

One day I hope Ben would learn to act like a man, at least for the sake of his new found love.

I wish so because I know somehow I still love him.
