Following on from my email below earlier this week, I am extremely disappointed to announce that following a full investigation, one of our long serving and valued employees has today left the business.
The investigation found a direct breach of our Company Policies. The breach related to postings on an external social media site of privileged Company and Customer sensitive information – this is totally unacceptable and such breaches will not be tolerated by any employee or contractor employed by Futuris.
This is a timely reminder to ALL Employees and Contractors that the Company can and does continually monitor social media websites and employee email activity, therefore at all times whilst employed by the Company you must adhere to and are bound by the Company’s Code of Conduct and other Company Policies.
Again, confidential information includes information which relates to the commercial and financial activities, affairs or dealings of Futuris, including customer information and contractual relations with third parties. Employees must not divulge this information through any means to any third party – including posting confidential and proprietary information about Futuris or our Customers and suppliers anonymously or otherwise, on social media sites or other social forums.
