any staff refuse to sign then we simply tell them there will be no further discussion and they can fight us to try to get 100%. We simply moved because our lease ran out. We did not do anything wrong morally.
If any staff accept to sign then we can offer them the 50% slowly (in monthly payments, etc) or less 40% or 30% if they want fast (the faster payback the lower the amount). Those staff who accept to sign the letter we can then arrange individual (one-by-one) meetings with each of them, you, me and Janya to negotiate.
I am not discussing any answering any e-mails from staff on this subject (individual or as a group through anyone; i.e. Wanit), until this letter is done and we give all staff a chance to acknowledge (or not).
We can then plan individual meetings, and our next steps.
Janya and I need your help to be our "wall" between the staff and us regarding this subject. Hope you can help.
