Responsibilities: To service and provide suggestions and solutions to customers via telecommunication and walk

Be responsible for equipment testing for trial projects Be responsible for installing, commissioning and Upgrading for Level Ones Equipment Support for Network Maintenance and Trouble Shooting, Verify and Analyze for CSC cases (Cooperate with R&D in case of Critical Issues)
