In this paper, force control system is applied to Linear DC Solenoid Motor (LDSM). Fig. 2 shows the experimental system with LDSM. LDSM is a linear motor and has some advantages where thrust constant is linear and friction is small. Hence, LDSM suits precious motion control [7][8]. The characteristic of LDSM is shown in Table.I. Here, the dynamics equation of LDSM is shown in eq.(1)
