In my opinion I think I learn a lot of new thing I learn everything that people should do in the kitchen. My staff or supervisor teach me How to make buffet line on breakfast or lunch. At breakfast , I am responsible for make banana smoothty and every juice and set every fruit after I set everything I will help P’ staff to set every beef and also cheese . First I can not remember everything but I try to remember them. After that around 10:30 AM we will closes that breakfast buffet and prepare for lunch. I have to hurry to clear everything, everything that we set in the breakfast we will throw it everything because we always serve new thing for guest. At lunch me responsibility is set seafood and salad, such as Mussel and shrimp. If someday have group of Thailand people, I will tried because Thai people love seafood the most.
