Leaders can uphold the organisation’s values and standards by various means:

ensure familiarity with the organisation’s values and standards, both for
themselves and others: ensure people are aware of the rules and remind
them of this when appropriate

role model positive behaviours: ensure that you set a good example to others

notice when inappropriate standards and values are being displayed: be alert
to the way that people behave
f
take appropriate action when standards are breached: talk to the relevant
people, promptly and follow through with any agreed actions, etc.
