Dear members of Committee and Management company,
I am an owner in Park Lane Resort, I am writing because I have been told that the manager Khun Dani has resigned. I am shocked to see how,YET AGAIN, another manager has left.
I cannot comprehend how the same four people, I am taking about Rinus and his infamous group, have managed to bully so many managers for so long.
I am writing to you dear members of the committee and Management company, because I believe that something legal can and must be done to stop these people, four years dealing with this nightmare is more than enough!
It is frustrating to see how some of these troublemakers have not pay their maintenance for years, some of them don't pay their water meter fees, and on top of that, have the nerve to use the water from the public showers (which we all pay for), they use the lift and the swimming pool shamelessly as if nothing happens. How long do we have to tolerate this? It is NOT fair, that honourable people, like me and many others, who DO PAY our maintenance fees PUNCTUALLY every year, have to see those people using the privileges of the building without paying for them. They are terrible example for the rest of the owners and don't be surprise if next January, others start not paying when they know they can get away with it.
Now, the members of that group keep saying they do not pay because of the 6% percent they were charged for the transfer fees, but I ask you:
1- Why do we owners have to pay the price for MATRIX and those owner's legal problems??
2-Why with the maintenance fees (OUR MONEY AND MY MONEY),do we have to pay for lawyers to go to court to fight these people and their legal issues with matrix?
As an owner who DOES PAY, I demand something to be done urgently. And if the committee and the management company,which we pay for, cannot do something about it, perhaps we need to select other people that can deal strongly with this situation.
