Facilitating Recipient Ownership under South-South Cooperation : Thailand is ODA in Lao PDR
This study investigates NEDA is development assistant strategy using the case study of thailand s financial for road construction between Ban Tadthong to Ban Namsang in Lao PDR. The study found that NEDA employed demand-driven strategy during the project life cycle in order to help establish high level of recipient ownership. This strategy of thailand is ODA in Lao PDR does not push the recipient to stay in inferior position as well as avoid aggressive move or ask for something in exchange of exchange of SODA.
