Dear Pawadee,
Welcome to iTunes Store Customer Support. My name is Divya.
I understand that you are concerned about the purchase made on your account. I know how it feels when you see an unrecognized charge on account. Please don't worry, let me see what best I can do in this matter.
Pawadee, after reviewing your account, I found that the charge in question is for an in-app purchased from within an application downloaded earlier on your account. For more information about in-app purchase and how to restrict them, please see the articles below:
Make in-app purchases

Use Restrictions to prevent purchasing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Manage your iTunes Store and App Store password preferences

Before I proceed further, please review your purchase history with anyone who may have access to your Apple ID, your device, or your credit card to see if they remember making the purchases in question.
I am requesting this because unrecognized charges can be attributed to purchases made by multiple users, delayed invoices, subscription renewals, and authorization holds. The following article explains how to identify these types of charges:
https://support.apple.com/kb/HT201382
For instructions on how to view your iTunes Store purchase history, see this article:
https://support.apple.com/kb/HT204088 (Note: you can review purchase history only from a computer)
If you have identified the purchaser of the charges but did not give them permission to make the purchases, let me know. You may be eligible for a refund as an exception.
If you can not identify the purchaser of the charges on your statement, let me know and I will take immediate action. Meanwhile, I recommend you change your account password immediately. Changing the password will help to prevent anyone else from using your iTunes Store account to place orders without your knowledge. For more information about securing your account, please visit:

I look forward to your reply with the requested information.
Have a nice day, Pawadee!
Sincerely,
Divya
