Business Process Outsourcing Services was introduced in 2006 and developed due to the demand of our customers for general business process outsourcing. Currently we operate a number of web based CRM and non specific business process management programs. This service addresses the increasing demand from our clients to increase their business performance by concentrating all of their efforts on their core business. PRTR has worked with a number of local and multi-national companies in understanding their business requirements, identifying areas that can be outsourced, developing processes to fulfill these requirements and then taking responsibility for the day to day operation whilst ensuring our clients performance requirements are addressed.
