The Supplier Self Assessment is a tool used to assess our Supplier's Quality and Environmental Systems. It is based on the Quality System Assessment (QSA) and supports the TS16949/ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standard requirements as well as Henkel requirements. It is suggested that persons responsible for each function complete his/her section. For sections that do not apply, mark N/A. If you have questions regarding Henkel's Supplier Self Assessment, please direct them to the Supplier Quality or Purchasing Department. If you are currently certified to TS16949/ISO 9001 and/or ISO14001 standard requirements, please enclose a copy of current certificates with completed assessment.
