Per our meeting last week on business case %broke contract of super deal customer and NCB membership solution, attached please find that presentation that we used during our discussion for your reference.
To summarized; we identified 4 main action items.
1. Set up Leasing company: Legal to help suggest on process and procedure
2. Working flow of Leasing company: Finance team to help suggest and leverage working practice from finance company network
3. Predictive model: I, myself, will work with Tariff and MPD on the solutions
4. Business Model (go to market practice): we need to further work and involve with marketing team
Next step:
• Next meeting, we would have another discussion for #1 and #2 to refine solution and having hi-level solution in terms of business practice. The meeting is target to be around next week(21-23 Sept)
