In Westin hotel, we have an activity for employees and to make sure that the employees understanding about job and organization’s goal in same way so we have a testing paper to ensure that they have well-understanding of the job and organization’s goal and the head of department always observe the employees during working, to ensure that the employee have ability and qualification that suitable for the job. And if some of employees don’t understand about organization’s goal or job, HR has to tell them and change they’ attitude and guide them about how to work, what the organization purpose and make they can more satisfy the customers.
