Group 1 is made up of six hospitals that correlate
significantly with the positive side of Factor 1 and the
negative sides of Factors 2 and 3. This is an indication that the individual members of this group display
no strategic behaviour in the area of human resources
management, nor do they engage in marketing action.
On the other hand, this is the only group that is characterised by its organizational innovation strategies,
which are captured by the second factor, and also by
some aspects of quality enhancement
