In addition to these, there
are factors such as extrinsic rewards [12] as well as reciprocity, trust, cooperation,
and pro-sharing norms [49, 52, 82] that are expected to affect the success of KM
initiatives in an organization. Reciprocity, trust, cooperation, and pro-sharing norms
are people-related factors, and we argue that they are subsumed in the individual-,
group-, and organization-level factors involving coworker, supervisor, and leadership
support for KM initiatives that we include in our model.
