Yeah, he tricked the 'village' (Winterfell? A VILLAGE...but I digress) but nonetheless he murdered two innocent children to sell the story. And in the books he has the men who murdered them killed as well. Theon is cruel and evil. He deserves what he's had to suffer through. Though, reading the books and the details of his time spent in the Dreadfort, one begins to wonder if even HE is evil enough to deserve such punishment. That speaks more to the Dreadfort than to Theon though...shudder Ramsey Snow is perhaps the most vile character in Game of Thrones. THAT is saying something.
