ConclusionFeeding up to 400 g field pea/kg to nursery pigs reduced ADG and feed efficiency but not ADFI in the first week. Feedingup to 400 g field pea/kg to nursery pigs reduced the CATTD of DM, CP and GE in the first 2 weeks. In the last 2 weeks, pigsfed increasing field pea inclusion achieved increased ADG. For entire 5-week trial, inclusion of up to 400 g field pea/kg didnot affect feed intake, growth performance and feed efficiency of weaned pigs.
