his shipment was damage before departure since Saturday and were keep in VUN room under TG custody, The information already pass to TG to hold this shipment until get approval from our customer whether they decided to replace the cargo or uplift to ICN and further claim at ICN instead . However with unknown reason , TG decided to uplift this shipment without any booking nor inform us in advance . This situation make our customer very upset and not satisfied on this service also it were created the additional work at ICN with custom .
Now we already advise customer to claim the damage at ICN instead ,however we would like your kind assistance and support to do the investigation on this case and advise the preventive action to avoid the reiterate situation happened again.

· MAWB already send to TG as this shipment were damge just before departure
· Understand that ther were no any protection against the damage , This situation may cause the damage were in badly condition more and may cause other product damage as well
