The rest of the peaks were identified tentatively on base of their
UV and MS characteristics, order of elution and comparison to
literature data. Additionally, for the most abundant and wellseparated
non-galloylated procyanidin trimers, tetramers and
galloylated dimers, an online HPLC-ESI-MS/MS fragmentation was
carried out, respectively, at m/z 865, 1153 and 729 Da, using only
the purified grape seed extract (GSE-UF10). Results are shown in
order of peak appearance in the chromatogram, individually or in
groups of structurally similar molecular species.
