Total heterotrophic, Vibrio, Bacillus, Lactobacillus and fungal counts (cfu mL−1) during the biofloc production cycle are given in Table 2. Total heterotrophic count increased from 0.23± 0.06 to 245.67± 61.32 × 108 cfu mL−1 during the biofloc production cycle.
