Achieving the set target and successfully implementing Marketing & Sales Promotion plans within the provided budget.
- Developing a Customer Business Leading Plan in the area responsible.
- Establishing customer priorities with the key intention of building business volume.
- Focusing on customer requirements with regards to specific business issues.
- Delivering the forecasted demand goals to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensuring the 4 key areas of sales execution are successfully implemented.
- Working with the Product Consultants/Merchandisers to ensure effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or an equivalent area.
- At least 2 years in the FMCG industry.
- Willing to travel upcountry and possess own vehicle.
- Computer skills: MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Outgoing, assertive and proactive - ability to work under pressure with maturity.
- Good communication skills - strong positioning and presentation skills to secure customers (internal & external).
- Team player.
