- Showrooming is the behavior of the people who go to retailers to see a product but not buy because they just want to check the price and preview a product and decide that they want it or not, and then they go back and buy it through online.
- I think It's the good ways in shopping. But I've never done because I'm not sure quality of products in online unlike retailers that I can check and choose the best piece . The most important reason If I shop online but it low quality, I'm very disappointed.

If we add the online channel to sale products along with retailers, I'll have loyal customer and ensuring the customer is not going to buy another shop. Because they are sure that my products are good qualities. And no matter they buy on retailers or website sales, income still belongs to us anyway. And the ways also expanded the base for a group of customers who prefer shopping online too.
